Support Ethical Security Education & Research
Thank you for considering sponsoring the Code Auditor CTF learning platform. Your contribution is vital in helping us create high-quality educational content, maintain our infrastructure, and ensure these resources remain accessible to aspiring and current security researchers across the globe.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to empowering security professionals and enthusiasts with the practical knowledge and critical skills needed to discover, analyze, and responsibly disclose software vulnerabilities. Our goal is to foster a proactive approach to security that ultimately makes the digital world safer for everyone. Our platform operates on the core principles of:
- Education First: Focusing on developing practical, defensive security skills that benefit the individual learner and the broader security community.
- Transparency: Maintaining clear communication about our goals and how sponsorships contribute to the platform's development and upkeep.
- Ethical Practice: Strongly promoting responsible vulnerability disclosure, ethical hacking methodologies, and collaborative security research.
Sponsorship Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of our educational mission and uphold our community values, we adhere to the following sponsorship guidelines:
Who We Welcome
We are proud to partner with:
- Organizations committed to improving software security standards.
- Companies that actively support and practice responsible disclosure.
- Educational institutions and cybersecurity training providers.
- Open source projects and foundations dedicated to secure development.
- Security tooling vendors with transparent and ethical business practices.
- Individual contributors, security professionals, and enthusiasts who believe in our mission.
Sponsorship Limitations
We respectfully decline sponsorships from:
- Entities primarily engaged in the acquisition or sale of zero-day vulnerabilities, particularly to government or national agencies without clear ethical oversight.
- Organizations involved in the development or distribution of offensive cyber tools intended for unauthorized access or malicious activities.
- Groups with a documented history of issuing legal threats against security researchers conducting ethical, good-faith research.
Why these limitations? While we recognize diverse business models exist in cybersecurity, our platform focuses squarely on fostering defensive skills and responsible practices for the collective benefit. Our aim is to teach vulnerability identification for remediation and security improvement, not for weaponization or exploitation outside ethical boundaries.
